Dr. Puneet Mishra

I am a physicist with research interests spanning supramolecular self-assembly at interfaces, scanning probe microscopy (STM/AFM), molecular electronics, and neuromorphic device concepts based on organic materials. My work integrates experimental nanoscale characterization with physically grounded modeling, with a focus on understanding how molecular-scale ordering governs emergent electronic, mechanical, and functional properties.

Currently, I am engaged in research on interfacial nanoarchitectonics of π-conjugated systems, template-directed molecular assembly, and organic resistive switching devices, with the broader goal of developing bio-inspired and neuromorphic hardware platforms.
